Party Policies
The rate for pool parties include full use of the Crawford Pool, adjacent locker rooms, spa, current channel, water slide and lap lanes in accordance with pool rules. The price rates are for two hours and additional hours are $50 per hour.

Who can reserve the pools?

• Students
• Faculty
• Staff
• Alumni (who are current CRC members)

What can be reserved?

• Crawford Pool with Water Slide
• Classroom and/or Patio (if available and for additional charge)
• Competition Pool
• Diving Well

What is provided?

• All lifeguards
• Life jackets (variety of Coast Guard approved youth sizes)
• Toys
• Tables & chairs

How to Make a Reservation Request

• Reservations must be received a MINIMUM of 3 weeks prior to the date of the request to allow enough time for internal scheduling and invitations to be sent. Reservations requested in less than 3 weeks will be denied.
• Confirmation of request status will be confirmed within 72 hours (3 business days).

When is the Crawford Pool Available?

• During recreational swim hours (overlaps with regular programming)
  
• After recreational swim hours (additional charge for lifeguards when scheduled outside rec swim hours for exclusive use)
• Minimum 2 hours, with additional 1 hour increments possible
• Reservation hours (recreational swim hours when water slide is open)
  • Fall and Spring Semesters
    • Monday - Friday 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
    • Saturday & Sunday 12:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Summer Semester
    • Monday - Friday 1p.m. - 8 p.m.
    • Saturday & Sunday 12:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Exclusive Times (outside of rec swim hours)
    • Monday - Friday after 9 p.m.
    • Saturday & Sunday after 8 p.m.

Cost during Recreational Swim Hours

• $100.00 - up to 24 children for 2 hours
• $150.00 - 25-50 children for 2 hours
• $25.00 - for room of 1/2 of pool patio (if available)
• $50.00 - each additional hour of pool time above 2 hours

How do you pay for the party?

• Your confirmation page also serves as your invoice for payment
• On the day of the party please stop by the Member Services desk to pay once a final head count has been agreed upon by you and the Head Guard working in the Crawford Pool.
• Payment can be made by Check (made out to Georgia Tech) or Credit Card - no cash is accepted.
