On the fifth floor, overlooking the main gym is a 6.7 laps/mile running track. Accessible from the elevator or by stairs from the fourth floor, please be sure to check the daily direction schedule before beginning. Two pace clocks are available for keeping time.
The personal training office, next to the fitness center, is used by trainers for fitness assessments including body fat analysis, and cardiovascular, muscular, and flexibility tests. Run by the G.I.T. FIT program, personal fitness training is available to members by the session and is focused on teaching beginning, intermediate, and advanced exercisers the proper techniques and habits in order to reach their desired fitness goals.
The massage therapy office is also located on the first floor, adjacent to the fitness center. Trained professional masseuses offer one-hour sessions to members at affordable rates through our G.I.T. FIT program. Appointments must be made at the membership services desk.
