PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
POLICIES
Prior to beginning your program, you must complete a personal fitness assessment. This "free" assessment will allow your trainer to have a better understanding of your fitness desire, level and background information regarding your fitness condition. After you have completed the assessment, your data will be analyzed in order to formulate your fitness-training program. (Please note that this process usually takes four to five days). Rest assured that your trainer will contact you to set up a time for you to meet when he or she has completed your training program based on your needs/desires.
Please observe the training etiquette below:
- All appointments must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled session by calling the Member Services desk during normal business hours at 404-385-7529. You may try contacting your trainer directly via email, but there is no guarantee that he or she will receive the email. Please call if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late. Trainers will only wait 15 minutes for late arrivals.
- Payment must be made in advance, and proof of payment for the session(s) must be shown to the trainer prior to the beginning of your initial meeting/assessment.
- All training session are one hour in length.
- Be sure to wear comfortable workout clothing during your training session(s) (i.e. t-shirt, shorts, sweats, white socks, and tennis shoes). You will not be able to train if you do not meet this clothing requirement. This goes for the initial assessment as well as training sessions.
- If you wish to leave any feedback regarding your trainer or training session(s), please contact Megan Moore, Fitness Coordinator, at 404-385-1651 or megan.moore@crc.gatech.edu
