The purpose of this program is to instruct beginning, intermediate, and advanced exercisers the proper techniques and habits in order to reach their desired fitness goals.
Our trained staff will provide fitness programs tailored to your specific needs by:
- Establishing reachable and realistic goals
- Increasing participant's fitness level
- Motivating participant throughout the program
- Educating participants in various aspects of fitness conditioning by teaching advanced training methods

Personal Training Programs
Individual: One-on-One Training
* All sessions must be used during the semester in which the Personal Training Package was purchased.
Buddy Training Programs: Two-on-One Training
This program is designed for 2 individuals who have similar fitness goals to share the cost of a personal trainer. You and your buddy will work out with the trainer at the same time. Please note that the price per person is split between the 2 participants.

Group Personal Training -- NEW!
A Personal Trainer will lead 3-6 participants through a challenging workout specifically designed to meet your goals and interests. Form your own group of friends or join one of ours. Group Training can focus on overall conditioning or more specific goals such as weight loss, advanced lifting techniques or sports training.

Interested individuals should register prior to completing the on-line forms. Trainers will contact clients via email or phone.
The Personal Training Program is designed for healthy individuals of the Georgia Tech's campus community/affiliates (i.e. student, faculty, staff, family members, or outside affiliates). The personal Training Program is not deswigned for pre or post-natal women, individuals on medication or under the direct care of a physician, or individuals with psychological injurt. Individuals with special needs should obtain specialized instructions from their attending physician prior to participation.

Discover your BodyAge with the Polar BodyAge System. It will tell you where you are today, and give you a benchmark to measure your progress. But that’s only the beginning. The Polar BodyAge System also tells you how many years you can take off your BodyAge, and exactly how to do it. The Polar Body Age system will be used in all fitness assessments with personal training along with our new fitness assessment package and body composition/health risk appraisal package.
Completing the personal fitness assessment with the Polar Body Age System will enable you to scientifically examine your personal level of fitness, your body age, and allow you to plan achievable goals for your own purposes. Components of the fitness tests include: Body Age, Body Composition, Resting Heart Rate, Resting Blood Pressure, Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, and Flexibility.

G.I.T. FIT Clinics
Clinics are free to all CRC members. Each clinic includes a brief explanation, demonstration and workout based on clinic’s topic. For more information on this semester’s clinics go to CRC website. Sign up sheets are located at the Fitness Desk in the Fitness Center.
