Add the selection to your cart
Once you set up your account and make your initial registration/deposit you will receive an email from Debbie Dorsey requesting additional information.
The additional information includes any extras you need (certification fee, airfare option and/or equipment rental), plus your level of scuba certification.
After this information is obtained, a final invoice will be created to identify your actual balance owed if you had any extra’s, and then posted to your myCRC account.
Pay all fees by Jan. 31, 2018; partial payments can be made through the scuba trip section of programs on mycrc.gatech.edu
January 22, 2018: Last day to register for the trip + $500 per person deposit due.
February 16, 2018: Remaining balance due
» $1,725: Georgia Tech Students - excluding roundtrip airfare
» $1,825: Non-Georgia Tech Students - excluding roundtrip airfare
» $1,090: Georgia Tech Students - excluding roundtrip airfare
» $1,190: Non-Georgia Tech Students - excluding roundtrip airfare
» $125: Georgia Tech instructor(s) will be on the trip - fee includes checkout dives and certification paperwork for those needing to complete their Scuba 1 or Scuba 2/Advanced open water checkout dives for certification.
Airfare Options (not included in the package):
» $437.34: Group fare - Miami to Grand Cayman roundtrip. Responsible for getting to Miami on your own, or flying directly into Grand Cayman.
Equipment Rental (if needed)
» $75: Individuals not in the training program wanting to rent gear for the trip. Based on equipment availability, and not prorated per item.
*Participants in the Georgia Tech training program can check out equipment at no additional charge - do not pay for equipment if you're getting certified.
» Seven night’s double occupancy accommodations, five days of 2-tank boat dives, USS Kittiwake and Stingray City dives (weather permitting), Unlimited shore diving, free nitrox (for those certified), roundtrip Grand Cayman airport transfers to hotel, made-to-order breakfast and lunch daily, pizza party, island tour, trip t-shirt, and government tax and service charges.
» DAN Insurance required for all divers; proof of insurance required prior to departure.
» DAN or DiveAssure highly encouraged, but not required. No refunds available after 12/31/17.
