Celebrate healthy lifestyles and an appreciation for recreation, fitness, and nutrition on National Recreational Sports & Fitness Day! This is an all day affair with events symbolizing the Campus Recreation Department's support for recreation and fitness.
Open House at the CRC from 10am-2pm will include free aerobics classes, fitness equipment demos and instruction, a racquetball ladder, timed obstacle course, free climb from 11am-1pm and more! A team Duathlon (swim/run) will take place at 7am for the first 16 teams to register and the winners of the Mr. & Ms. G.T. Fitness Contest will be announced at noon.
Non-Members are welcome! Sign up for the Duathlon or apply to become “Mr. & Ms. G.T. Fitness” at the CRC Member Services Desk, online or by emailing april.goode@crc.gatech.edu.
