The GIT FIT Program (Georgia Institute of Technology Fitness Program) offers an opportunity to learn life-long skills, increase fitness levels, and just have fun! We offer over 80 non-credit classes spanning from martial arts to golf to personal training and much more. Our mission is to provide the Georgia Tech community with opportunities to begin or continue a healthy lifestyle that will last well into the future. In addition to classes, GIT FIT also provides personal training, massage therapy, as well as seminars and special events throughout the year focused on health education and wellness.

Free GIT FIT Clinics

Clinics are free to all CRC members. Each clinic includes a brief explanation, demonstration, and workout based on the clinic's topic. No registration is required for GIT FIT clinics; meet in the Fitness Center.

Battling Ropes

Experience the exciting variety of exercises and drills you can complete with the Ropes. We will incorporate HIIT, body weight training, and core conditioning for an intense total body workout.  Low impact, high intensity, a great workshop for all fitness levels.

Pull Ups and Hangs

Stop by this one-hour workshop to learn safe techniques for building the foundational strength needed to do pull-ups. Learn how to prepare your body for pull-ups and if you can already do a few pull-ups learn how to break free from plateaus so you can do more!
