Lists Each ORGT instructional program subcommittee has an e-mail list server specific to that subcommittee's sport. These listservers are the primary means for setting up trips in that sport, and are also used for conducting general business, sharing information and posting trip reports. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to an e-mail list by following the procedures below.

• 1. Go to http://lists.gatech.edu
• 2. The first page will ask for you to log in. If you're using a Georgia Tech email account to signup, you should be able to enter your GT email and password to log in. If you're using an email that's not a Georgia Tech account, click on the "Send me a password" button in the bottom right corner and a temporary password will be sent to you that you can use to log in.
• 3. Once you're logged in there should be a search bar on the right side of the screen. If you do a search for "orgt" the 9 ORGT lists should show up.
• 4. From there you can click on the list you want and you'll be taken to a description of the list. On that page there will be a "Subscribe" button on the left side of the screen that you can click to sign up for the list. You have to sign up for each list separately.

These e-mail lists are intended for the use of ORGT affiliated people to discuss both official and non-official trips, as well as other issues relating to outdoor activities. However, there are several policies that govern the use of this list server. By signing up for lists on this server, you acknowledge that you agree to follow the policies below. Opinions and statements expressed through Outdoor Recreation at Georgia Tech (ORGT) lists do not necessarily reflect those of ORGT or Georgia Tech. Anonymous e-mails to the list will not be allowed. All users will provide accurate personal information upon registration. Debates and differences of opinion are appropriate material for the list, but statements that may be defined as attempts to injure, harm, malign, or harass a person because of race, religious belief, color, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or gender are inappropriate and will not be tolerated. The advertisement of any events in which alcohol, illicit drugs, or other illegal activities are the main focus of the event is prohibited. The mention of the inclusion of alcohol, illicit drugs, or other illegal activities (either implied or explicit) when they may be ancillary to events advertised on the list is also prohibited. List Serv Policies
Any violations of these policies must be reported to the Dean of Student's office. Violations of the above policies will be reviewed by General Committee and may result in sanctions including but not limited to the following:

Removal from all ORGT list servers.
Loss of ORGT gear privileges.
Removal of other ORGT privileges, including exclusion from ORGT trips. Action taken by the Dean of Student's office.
