Campus Recreation Facilities Reservation Guidelines

Please read the following information and click on the "I have read & accept" button at the bottom of this page.



This form is for requesting space in the following Campus Recreation facilities:

  • Campus Recreation Center (750 Ferst Drive NW)
    CRC Basketball Courts/4th Floor: 1-6
    CRC Auxiliary Gym/4th Floor
    CRC Game Room/4th Floor
    CRC Fitness Studios A and C/4th Floor
    CRC Activity Rooms/ 2nd Floor
    CRC H2O Cafe/2nd Floor
    CRC Main Lobby/ 2nd Floor

  • Couch Park (aka Burger Bowl + Area III fields)

  • Alumni Park (sand volleyball courts west of Turf Fields)

  • Roe E. Stamps Turf Fields (750 Ferst Drive NW)

  • Curran Parking Deck (Sand volleyball court and 2 Basketball Courts on 875 Curran Street)


Note: Campus Recreation will only accept requests for activity spaces in the CRC during times that do not pose a conflict with existing reservations provided by Campus Recreation.

Note: This reservation form is not for the CRC Aquatics Center or the Climbing Wall (located on the 1st Floor). Please use this alternative form.




This form is for making a request for space only. Completion of the form does not guarantee approval of your request or confirmation of space. The Requestor will be notified by email or telephone of the approval / denial of the request once it is reviewed. All requests are subject to the approval of the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Facilities and Operations.


A minimum of two weeks is required for a reservation request in any of the facilities within Campus Recreation to be considered for approval.


Anyone can reserve facilities; however, priority is given to students, faculty, and organizations approved by Georgia Tech. The costs of each reservation will vary based on university affiliation and any direct costs needed to support the event/activity. Charges for facilities, set-up, clean-up, staffing and/or equipment may apply to each event and must be understood and agreed upon prior to the reservation confirmation being finalized.


Events consisting of any guests not affiliated to Georgia Tech (students, faculty, approved organizations, etc.) must be declared in advance.


Note: If a request includes external participants, you MUST check External Group/Guests. Failure to acknowledge/indicate this can result in the cancelation of your reservation.




Requests are received and approved on a first come, first serve basis after Campus Recreation programming needs are filled.


Events requesting participation and access for non-university related individuals must adhere to additional requirements and procedures per university regulations.


Due to safety and liability concerns, additional insurance and increased supervision may apply. The need for chaperones will be required (due to age restrictions) for special events in Campus Recreation Facilities involving minors and/or anticipated guests.
