Drop Off Time
We will begin meeting campers starting at 7:45am each morning. Drop off will end promptly at 8:30am

Pick Up Time
Pick up will occur starting at 4:15pm. Please have your car number displayed so that we can verify pick up and your child. Pick up will last until 5:00pm.

Late Drop Off
After 8:30am supervised drop-off is complete. Parents must then park and bring the child(ren) into the CRC Member Services Desk. The staff at the desk will contact the camp staff via radio.

Early Pick Up
If parents wish to pick up their child(ren) prior to 4:15pm they must contact one of the camp directors. For safety of the children, counselors will not be permitted to release a child to a parent unless either of the camp directors have been contacted by the parent.

There is NO parking provided for late drop off or early pick up. Parents must obey all GT parking regulations.
