Where do I park?
The closest visitor parking to the CRC is across the street in the W02 and Area 2 Visitor Lots; for those who do not have a Georgia Tech parking permit. This deck is called the STUDENT CENTER DECK and parking is $2/hr.
Where do I gain access to the facility?
When entering the CRC go to the member services desk, the first desk on your left in the main corridor, and tell the employee the name of the person who reserved the party. Once most of the party participants arrive you will be granted access to the building. Any late participants will need to be escorted downstairs by the point person.
Can I come early to set up and decorate the room?
You may come up to 30 minutes early to decorate the space, provided there are not back-to-back parties scheduled. Use painters tape when taping anything to the walls and windows. There are 8-12 tables per room with between 35-45 chairs in the classrooms that can be arranged however you would like to set-up the room. More can be brought in by the lifeguards if needed and identified ahead of time. Please remember, you must reset the room how you found it and leave the area picked up and clean or a cleaning service charge may be applied to your account. Any party reserved at noon on Saturday or Sunday will not be allotted the set up time 30 minutes prior.
