Massage Therapy Services
Swedish Massage
Our massage therapists use long fluid strokes, kneading, and circular motions on uppermost layers of muscles to relieve the mind and body. This modality is great for those that have never experienced massage before.
Sport Massage
This type of massage is specifically designed for the active persons and athletes alike (those that workout more than 3 times a week). The focus is to prevent and/or treat injury as well as enhance athletic performance. A combination of techniques are typically used for sports massage, including faster strokes and facilitated stretching to help improve flexibility and loosen muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage
This modality of massage targets the deeper muscles and connective tissues. Typically used for chronically tight muscles, repetitive strain, and recovery from injury; our therapists use slower strokes to ensure a deeper massage without the pain generally associated with deep tissue massage. Deep tissue does not mean deep pressure.
On Site Chair Massage
Event based massages are available upon request. Please note, special program rates apply and requests must be submitted no less than 21 days prior to your event.
How to Book Your Massage
Patrons can purchase massage therapy sessions at the CRC by clicking on the Massage Therapy link on our MY CRC portal and log in using your account credentials. Please note that you will need the order number off your purchase receipt in order to book your session. Directions on how to reserve your appointment will also be located on the emailed receipt after sessions are purchased. Massage purchases are not eligible for refunds, as they can be used for up to 90 days after the date of purchase. Pending client volume, there may be a slight wait to book an appointment, but there will be ample opportunity to use your session prior to expiration.
If you are a new client, please download and complete the CRC Massage Therapy Packet and bring that documentation to your first appointment. If completed paperwork is not brought with you, session time will be utilized to complete it. If you are a renewing patron, please download and fill out the Massage Therapy Waiver and bring the completed waiver to next massage therapy appointment.

Appointments must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Next day appointments are not guaranteed.
If you need to change you appointment, that must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled time by revisiting our booking site.
*Please note, as we are not a medical facility, we are not able to accept insurance or HSA cards for massage therapy payment.
Special Program Request
Everyone can benefit from a massage, but we understand that sometimes, getting to the CRC can be tough! By offering chair massages at your next function or as a “well-being break” for your department, your group will reap the rewards of reduced stress, increased appreciation for your organization, and increased morale. Let a CRC massage therapist add that something extra to your next program, event, or well-being break.
