A CRC and Group Fitness Membership are required for this class. Please arrive on time for your classes. For safety reasons participants must arrive no later than 5- minutes after a 30-minute class begins and 10- minutes after a 45- minute class begins. Participants will not be permitted to enter after these times.

This class will teach you the basics on discovering your mental peace. Understand that meditation is a grounding practice which helps you to know yourself better, appreciate yourself and others more, and allows you to get a more relaxed and sound sleep. A regular meditation practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration. Yoga's incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person's mental well-being. This class will help you learn techniques to connect your mind, body and breathe.

No classes January 15, March 7-10, or March 18-24.
