A CRC and Group Fitness Membership are required for this class. Group Fitness Membership waived during Free Week at the start of the semester and Finals week.

Dumbbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses motivating music and proven fitness moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own. The class will help you develop lean muscle by lifting light weights while performing the exercises at high repetitions using compound and isometric movements. The last part of the class focuses on strengthening the core (abdominal) muscles.

No classes January 15, March 7-10, March 18-24.
