A CRC and Group Fitness Membership are required for this class. Group Fitness Membership waived during Free Week at the start of the semester and Finals week.

This class is specifically designed for the athlete in you. This strength and conditioning class will incorporate exercises for those participating in sports or anyone wanting to become more athletic by combining exercises for function and injury prevention.

No classes on January 15, March 7-10, or March 18-24.
