Saidah is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in Communications and as a track and field All-American. She currently trains between 10 - 20 Georgia Tech employees, students, and alumi. She also instructs the advanced running course for APPH 1050.

Chris is a 3-sport athlete (football, basketball and baseball) graduate of Alabama A&M with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. He has six years of training experience and started his career in corporate employee health and wellness. He now works in Rehabiliation Therapy. Chris believes wellness is six dimensional (physical, emotional, occupational, spiritual, intellectual, social). When he trains clients these are the six most important things he expects them to learn from him and apply to their own lives.

"Proper planning prevents poor performance!"

Michael is not just a fitness professional, but also a multi-sport athlete (basketball, track, football, soccer). He knows what it takes to get you to the next level of your fitness or athletic goals/journey. Even if you had/have an injury/limitation, there are ways to still progress you. He is certified as a personal trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NSCA and NASM), and has been training since 2005. Using that science, along with his work ethic from sports, and determination from being undersized, Michael has helped the youth up to mature adults, has trained private sessions, group fitness, and everything in between. He has also taught S.A.Q., designed cardiovascular programs, along with having done metabolic testing.

Noah is an undergraduate Industrial Design major, with a passion for U.I. and biomechanics. He decided to get his personal training certificate as the first step towards bettering his own training, and has enjoyed sharing what he has learned with others. Noah is a competitive power lifter in the USAPL, and is looking to eventually get his "pro-card" and become an elite level athlete and coach.

Sidd is an undergraduate Economics/Pre-med student at the Georgia Institute of Technology.  He has been around sports his whole life, and has a strong background in helping others increase their athleticism and overall fitness.  He also loves to help clients with muscle gain, body fat loss, and other individualized goals.  Sidd believes that taking care of the body can help all people lead better lives.

AJ is and undergraduate computer science major studying artificial intelligence.  He has a passion for functional fitness and is a strong advocate for fitness as mental health treatment.  As a trainer, AJ enjoys introducing new people into this life changing space.  He hopes to compete in an IFBB amateur bodybuilding competition soon!

Will is an undergraduate Computer Science major with a mathematics minor. After becoming passionate about his health and training, Will now wants to share his knowledge on the underlying scientific principles of training for maximum hypertrophy and function. Will believes not only in the benefits that come with improved physical health, but also in the benefits of the discipline and behavior adaptations that come from training. He hopes to one day be an amateur bodybuilder.
