A CRC and Group Fitness Membership are required for this class. Group Fitness Membership waived during Free Week at the start of the semester and Finals week.

This is the ULTIMATE interval class. Forget the tricky choreography of aerobics; this class is geared to give you a total body conditioning workout without all the frill!

No classes January 15, March 7-10, or March 18-24.
