A CRC and Group Fitness Membership are required for this class. Group Fitness Membership waived during Free Week at the start of the semester and Finals week.

Outdoor Bootcamp includes alternating bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity. It will get you moving.

Monday/ Wednesday class will be a green space workout at the Leadership Challenge Course. Take advantage of the opportunity to take in a breath of fresh air as you are working out.

There will be no classes January 15, March 7-10, or March 18-24.
