A CRC and Group Fitness Membership are required for this class. Group Fitness Membership waived during Free Week at the start of the semester and Finals week.

This class is a flowing yoga practice. We will link breath and movement through a series of postures that will work your strength, endurance, and flexibility. Leave class ready to meet the day with energy and vitality!

We encourage participants to bring their own mat for this class. No classes January 15, March 7-10, March 18-24.
